DownUnderRunner is our e-commerce operation for alternative running product offered to Australia (and New Zealand) by Competitive-Edge-Global based in the UK.
We operate from the same premises as our sister company www.fenlandrunner.com in England.
How Much Does Delivery Cost To Australia?
DownUnderRunner charges a nominal $18 Australian Dollars for packaging and postage on all orders.
Will I Have To Pay British VAT?
DownUnderRunner shows prices for Australia that do NOT include British VAT currently at 20%, as shipments are sold exclusive of VAT.
What Do I Need To Do If I Have To Return Goods?
DownUnderRunner policy is you can return goods within 14 days if they are unsuitable or not correctly fitting, but you will need to pay the postage costs.
They must be unused and supplied back with their original packaging.
You must clearly mark all returns as “ RETURNED GOODS – FAILED SALE” on the customs information document on the outside of the packaging.
If you return product that we agree is faulty, we will refund the carriage. We will refund all acceptable returns by Paypal.

How Long Does Delivery Take To Australia?
DownUnderRunner usually processes orders within 7 days of receipt, and delivery will take 10 days from despatch.
Orders are normally sent International Standard via Royal Mail. If we are out of stock, we will notify you.
What Currency Will I Pay In?
DownUnderRunner displays prices in Australian Dollars, and the total in your basket will be in that currency, not Sterling.
We use Paypal as your secure payment method, and the name that will appear on your payment statement is “PAYPAL*COMPETITIVE”
Will I Have To Pay Customs Charges In Australia?
DownUnderRunner understands that all orders not exceeding $1000 Australian Dollars will be free of import duty and tax. However, we do recommend that customers check out their own situation on www.border.gov.au
( For NZ, if the amount of duty/GST to be paid is under 60NZ$, this will be waived by customs, but please check out on www.customs.govt.nz )
